This course is designed to equip education professionals with mindfulness strategies to enhance well-being in their personal and professional lives. Participants will learn practical mindfulness techniques, understand their benefits, and discover ways to integrate these practices into educational environments to foster a more supportive, balanced, and effective atmosphere. The course focuses on cultivating mindfulness to improve mental health, fostering well-being for a balanced lifestyle, and exploring motivation to achieve personal and professional goals.

Methodology
The course utilizes a comprehensive methodology that includes interactive lectures for foundational knowledge, hands-on activities for practical application, and facilitated group discussions to encourage sharing of experiences and strategies.
Reflective practices, such as guided journaling and meditation, promote self-awareness and personal growth. Participants will analyze real-world case studies, engage in project-based learning to address current challenges, and receive regular formative assessments to monitor progress.
Through a series of immersive and interactive modules, participants will learn practical techniques to enhance their personal and professional lives. Certificates
A certificate of participation in the course will be given to all participants. A Europass mobility certificate will be granted if the participant requests it.
Course Fee
The course fee is 80 Euros per participant per day. This fee does not cover some expenses like accommodation or travel etc. Costs covering enrolment fees for staff mobility format ‘Courses and training’. (Source: Erasmus+ Program Guide)
