Erasmus+ KA1 training for your school - funded, accredited, ready to book

Active Yourope is an accredited Erasmus+ KA1 provider (2023-2027) for teachers, trainers and staff from schools, NGOs and other organisations in Erasmus+ programme countries.

What Erasmus+ KA1 means for your school or organisation

Erasmus+ KA1 (Key Action 1) funds learning mobility for staff in education: it lets schools, NGOs and other organisations send their teachers, trainers and staff abroad for professional-development courses. Erasmus+ accreditation is held by all kinds of organisations - not only schools, but also adult-education NGOs and associations (Active Yourope itself is an accredited Erasmus+ provider in adult education for 2023-2027, PIC 920525151 · OID E10102554) - so the courses we run fit directly into your KA1 project.

Our training is open to teachers, trainers, educators and staff from schools, NGOs and other organisations in Erasmus+ programme countries, who attend through their own organisation’s Erasmus+ KA1 project or accreditation.

Who can apply, and what you get

If your school, NGO or organisation holds its own Erasmus+ accreditation or runs a KA1 short-term mobility project, your staff can join our training in two ways:

  • Book a scheduled session - join one of our open course dates alongside participants from other organisations.
  • Request a closed-group course - a private course run exclusively for your own team, on dates you choose and adaptable in duration and content. This is our specialty for organisations sending a group together.

Every participant receives a certificate of participation, and a Europass mobility certificate is issued on request.

How the funding works - fee vs. grant

Course fee

80 € / participant / day

Covers the full training programme, materials and certificates. It does not cover accommodation or travel.

What your KA1 grant is designed to cover

  • Course fees
  • Travel
  • Individual support (subsistence)

For most participants there is no out-of-pocket cost.

Example: a 5-day course = 400 € in fees per participant, designed to be covered by your grant.
