Erasmus+ Mobility for Active Yourope Trainers in Adult Education and Digital Entrepreneurship

Two Active Yourope trainers took the Erasmus+ course “Modern Strategies and Digital Entrepreneurship”, on AI and inclusion in adult education.

Erasmus+ mobility of Active Yourope trainers in digital entrepreneurship

Asociația Active Yourope carried out a new international mobility dedicated to developing the professional skills of staff involved in adult education.

The activity took place under the Erasmus+ project 2025-1-RO01-KA121-ADU-000339236, the third year of Erasmus+ accreditation, and helped strengthen the organisation’s capacity to deliver modern, inclusive educational activities tailored to the needs of adults with fewer opportunities.

Two trainers from Asociația Active Yourope took part in the mobility, attending the course “Modern Strategies and Digital Entrepreneurship for Low-Opportunity Adults”. The training programme focused on current methods of working with adults, the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in education, and the development of digital entrepreneurship skills.

More accessible learning for adults with fewer opportunities

During the activities, participants explored ways in which the learning process can become more accessible, more practical and more motivating for adults who face social, educational or digital barriers.

Topics addressed included inclusive education, learner-centred learning, adapting content to different levels of preparation, building self-confidence and supporting active involvement in the educational process.

Technology and artificial intelligence in training activities

An important element of the Erasmus+ mobility was the use of technology in training activities. The two trainers analysed and tested ways in which digital tools and artificial-intelligence applications can support session planning, the creation of accessible educational materials, content simplification, the generation of relevant examples and the provision of tailored feedback.

At the same time, the course emphasised the responsible use of artificial intelligence, through fact-checking, data protection, transparency and attention to the technology’s possible limitations.

Digital entrepreneurship for personal and professional development

The course also included activities dedicated to digital entrepreneurship for adults with fewer opportunities. Participants worked on topics such as identifying an idea for an initiative, defining the target audience, formulating the value proposition, online communication and using a simplified version of the Business Model Canvas.

These activities offered practical examples of how digital entrepreneurship can become a tool for personal, professional and social development.

New skills for the organisation’s future activities

Through this mobility, Asociația Active Yourope continues its commitment to investing in staff training and in raising the quality of its adult-education activities.

The skills gained by the two trainers will be put to use in the organisation’s future programmes, through the development of workshops that are more inclusive, more interactive and better adapted to the realities adults in the community face.

Strengthening the European dimension of Asociația Active Yourope

Taking part in the course “Modern Strategies and Digital Entrepreneurship for Low-Opportunity Adults” is an important step in strengthening the European dimension of Asociația Active Yourope and in transferring international best practices to local activities.

Under the Erasmus+ accreditation, the organisation aims to constantly develop its team’s skills, promote inclusion and offer adults real opportunities for learning, adaptation and active participation in society.

This activity was carried out under Asociația Active Yourope’s Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of adult education, project 2025-1-RO01-KA121-ADU-000339236.
